On approach the house has a handsome symmetrical facade, enhanced by a hand carved front door and curved porte cochere. Classical detailing was used on the south walls, while the northern side of the home is more contemporary. This Tuscan design is distinct with double volume and flowing spaces, featuring a balanced visual appeal created between the paving and exterior architectural design. The large entrance hall features an elegant curved staircase and a double volume classical window overlooking the central piazza with a magnificent fountain and pool in the background. Almost all habitable rooms in the home have views of the fountain and piazza. The lanai, billiards room and bar face each other across this piazza, and create spill-over space for large parties. Both the dining room and home theatre also opens onto the piazza. The main suite, with its grand roof garden, faces north and east to get the morning and winter sun. The children’s wing include the three children’s suites, a private lounge for entertaining and study .A lanai with folding doors was incorporated into the design, allowing for entertainment even during inclement weather.
